Stephen G. Bailey, RLA, CCIM

Stephen G. Bailey joined Dermody Properties in 2003 as Regional Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Bailey has more than twenty five years of experience in all aspects of real estate including development, leasing, construction and operation of more than fifteen million square feet of industrial, commercial and residential projects throughout the Eastern United States. In his current position with Dermody Properties, he is responsible for the company’s regional industrial portfolio as well as new acquisitions, dispositions and Build-to-Suit projects in the Eastern Region.

Bailey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Michigan State University (East Lansing) and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at University of New Hampshire (Durham). He is also a Registered Landscape Architect and holds an associate real estate broker license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Presently he is serving as Chairman of Government Affairs and Member of the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Chapter of NAIOP, as well as a National NAIOP Forum member. Bailey is an active member of numerous regional professional organizations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and CCIM. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors for the Reno, Nevada based Dermody Properties Foundation.
