President
Par Tolles, joined DP Partners as President in November of 2007. With nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he is responsible for all operations in the corporate headquarters office in Reno, NV, and in DP's regional offices in Harrisburg, PA; Savannah, GA: Portland, OR; Chicago and Las Vegas.
Operations include land acquisition, development of commercial properties financing and the development of DP's brand-name business parks nationwide including LogistiCourt at Portal Way in Portland, OR; LogistiCourt at Lincoln in Las Vegas; LogistiCourt at Silver Lake in the Reno metro market; LogistiCenter at Sauk Village in the Chicago metro area; LogistiCenter at Logan in Southern New Jersey; and LogistiPort at Savannah in Pooler, GA.
Prior to joining DP, Tolles spent fifteen years with Trammell Crow Company where he earned in-depth experience in industrial, office and retail development. He began in 1994 as Project Director in TCC's Reno office and ended his tenure with dual titles as a Principal with TCC overseeing all development and construction operations in the state of Nevada and Managing Director of CBRE overseeing all brokerage and property management operations in northern NV.
Tolles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California (Davis) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) professional designation. He is Past President of the Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter and currently serves as a board member of the Northern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), and the Desert Research Institute. A native of Dallas, TX, he lives in Reno.
