Location-Proximity to Market

LogistiCenter at Logan is a 1,100-acre Class A business park, located approximately 12 miles south of Philadelphia in suburban Gloucester County, New Jersey.  It is accessed by Interstates 295, 95 and the New Jersey Turnpike, all of which are within a few miles.  Logan is equidistant (100 miles) from Washington, D.C. and New York City, making it an ideal location for serving the Great Philadelphia area as well as the Mid-Atlantic States.
