LogistiCourt at Silver Lake

In July of 2007, DP Partners acquired 65 acres to develop its new industrial park, named LogistiCourt at Silver Lake. When built out, the park will accommodate three facilities totaling nearly 1,400,000 SF. The land is located immediately west of the Moya Boulevard/Lear Boulevard intersection, approximately two miles north of I-395 and six miles north of I-80. It is only 14 miles north of the Reno/Tahoe International Airport.

Because there are not many options for new big-box warehouse/distribution facilities in Reno, the Stead area has evolved as the primary location for industrial development. Among Stead’s corporate neighbors are JCPenney, PetSmart, RR Donnelley, General Motors, Sherwin Williams, the Volvo Group of Mack Trucks, Hidden Valley Ranch, Quad Graphics, UPS, Carlisle Food Service, Schering-Plough, and Michelin.

Since 1998 DP Partners has developed 2,600,000 SF of space in 10 warehouse, distribution and manufacturing facilities in the Stead industrial market including 500,000 SF in four buildings along Moya Boulevard in the Silver Lake area. The new LogistiCourt at Silver Lake is ideally situated in the heart of the Stead market with superb access to the U.S. Interstate Highway system and a sizable labor market of workers experienced in the warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and service industries.

DP Partners plans to begin construction on its first spec in the fall of 2007 with completion scheduled for the summer of 2008.

Building A is a 545,550 SF multi-tenant, cross-docked distribution center, located on a 24-acre site. It offers building features including a 32’ clear-height ceiling with an energy-efficient T-5 lighting system, bay sizes of 55’ by 60’, 60’ speed bays, 102 truck docks, eight drive-in doors, parking for 163 cars, trailer parking available upon request, and an ESFR fire-suppression sprinkler system.
